94-year-old gets Masters Degree

I love this story: A 94-year-old great, great grandmother has just received her masters degree in medical science - no easy feat!!

It reminds me of a letter to Dear Abby in which a middle-aged woman sought advice about whether or not she should go back to college to become a doctor. She said it would take 12 years, then asked, "Do you know how old I'll be in 12 years?" Abby replied, "How old will you be in 12 years if you don't get your degree?"

Gotta love that wisdom.

That is awesome!!!! I remember feeling sorry for myself that I didn't just plow through college right away. At 25...TWENTY FIVE..I was talking to my brother about that. I told him that I would be thirty getting a 4 year degree. He asked me the same thing..."how will you be if you don't get the degree?" Good point. I went straight to school and graduated at 29 - with a year to spare.

Good for her!!!!!!
