I read this today:
CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (AP) — Tillie Iverson is observing her 24th birthday Friday — at the age of 96!
Isn't that fun! Turns out she doesn't much like having a birthday every four years. I always thought it'd be cool. But what do I know?
So go out and celebrate if you are a leap year baby. Happy Birthday!!!

Our neighbor turned "3" on leap year. She had a pink princess party. I thought that was so cute! (She of course is actually 12 :-)
