Tonight I had the very good fortune to be able to dress as Sarah Palin. Imitating her look and dress was simply a blast. Walking the neighborhood had to be the best part. Time and again people would approach me as Sarah Palin, saying wonderfully complementary things. "I so support what you are doing." "I can't wait to vote for you." "I'm so excited about you." I even got one request for an autograph. What fun!
Of course I had to respond in character, thanking them for their support and encouraging them to go to the polls on Tuesday. Oh, it made me want to be her! Maybe I'll run for office someday... I could really get into this!
